I had perfectly pleasant stay, the place is comfortable!

the rooms were neat and bright, they come with bathtub and queen bed, as example. the ambiance was quiet, and i greatly enjoyed it.

The staff there were attentive and very friendly. I liked the room with simple amenities, the bed was comfy.

The staff was accommodating and patient with our delayed arrival. The room was spacious and had a nice decor. Plenty of parking available. The bed was comfy and the room was cleaned daily. The receptionist provided excellent customer service. The surrounding area had good restaurants.

The location was the best, in the center of the city. It was also so close to cafes, many local eateries and convenience store, fast food, shopping mall, banks and breakfast restaurant/stalls nearby lot of choice👍

I recently stayed at a small hotel in Johor Bahru and had a wonderful experience. The location was great, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as the hotel was only 3 stars but provided excellent service. The check-in process was smooth and the staff, particularly Rahman, were extremely polite and friendly. Parking was free and readily available, which was a plus. The VIP suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a bathtub and all the basic amenities provided. The overall decor of the room was simple but bright. I did encounter a minor issue with the shower water being weak, but it wasn't too much of a hassle. The weak WiFi signal was a small downside, but I was still able to browse the internet and even watch Netflix using my own data. Despite the few drawbacks, I highly recommend staying at this hotel for its value, service, and convenient location. I had a great stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in JB for a few nights and I must say, I Am Jazz exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and a great shower. I appreciated the extra effort the hotel made to assist with parking and even froze our gel packs for us. The location was also ideal with a lovely garden out front. Definitely a hotel I will return to.

Comfy pillow, rain shower, and reliable WiFi. Spacious room with a large king size bed. Plenty of plug sockets for convenience. Cleanliness could be improved. Staff efficiency could be faster. Discourage staff loitering in the lounge area.
